Frequently asked questions

What is TicketPa?

TicketPa is online booking software for businesses that sell time slots, like tours, classes, workshops and activities. Guests book on your own booking page in 16 languages, and you manage schedules, bookings, payments and check-in in one place.

How much does TicketPa cost?

Plans start at €19 a month, excluding VAT. Basic is €19 plus 2% of online payments, Standard is €49 plus 1%, and Pro is €99 plus 0.5%. Guests pay no booking fee unless you choose to add the percentage to their price. Bookings paid on arrival carry no fee, and every new business gets Standard free for 30 days.

Can guests pay on arrival?

Yes. You can take bookings without online payment, and guests pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer on the day. Your team records each payment at check-in, so you always know who has paid. You can also take online payments with Stripe.

Can I add a booking button to my website?

Yes. Copy a short code snippet from TicketPa and paste it into your website, and a Book now button opens your booking page. You can also share your booking link on Instagram, your Google Business Profile or in WhatsApp chats.

Does TicketPa work in my country and currency?

Yes. You set prices in your own currency, including currencies without cents like the Japanese yen, and time slots follow your local timezone, including daylight saving changes. Pay on arrival works in every country, and online payments work wherever Stripe does.
